What is it?
Magnesium bisglycinate is an amino acid chelate that binds magnesium to glycine, aiming to replicate the form in which magnesium is found naturally in food.
Unlike many other forms of magnesium, bisglycinate is highly absorbable and easier on the stomach. It is the most beneficial form of magnesium for sleep enhancement.
